Overview

Dashboards provide at-a-glance views of KPIs (key performance indicators) relevant to your business. The term dashboard originates from the automobile dashboard, where drivers monitor the major functions of the automobile at a glance. Dashboards let you know if something is wrong or if something is right with your business. Follow the instructions below to access the Nextiva Analytics Dashboard.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Log in to the voice analytics portal.

  2. From the main landing page, click Monitoring at the top of the page.

After clicking Monitoring, the dashboard appears, showing the locations on your account, as well as the inbound, outbound, answered, and missed calls for each location. Additionally, the total talk time for each location is listed to the far right.

Configuring The Dashboard

The dashboard can be configured to display only certain types of calls, such as inbound or outbound, or to show calls for specific locations. You can also configure the dashboard to display calls within a specific time period.

Settings and filters for the dashboard are controlled through the filter menu, accessed by clicking the button that looks like on/off switches.

Changes are updated live on the dashboard. If you use custom groups and have none created, you will be provided with a link to create a custom group.

Adjusting the Date Range

You can also change the date range for the data displayed on the dashboard:

  1. Click the calendar icon.

  2. Choose either a Relative or Custom date range

    • Relative pulls all data from the starting time frame to the present. For the Monitoring section, this updates automatically approximately every 15 seconds.

    • Custom date range will set a specific start and end date and time.
