Voice Analytics - Quality Adoption & Usage
This article is part of the Check Quality portion of the Nextiva Analytics tool.
Date Range
Towards the top of the page is the date range that defaults to showing the past 7 days' worth of data.
This can be adjusted by clicking on the calendar icon.
Within the options that appear are a relative time frame and a custom time frame. The relative option will allow you to pull data from a point in the past to the present moment. The custom option allows for a custom start and end time.
After choosing the time frame, click the Update button to apply it.
Users
The users section shows a pie chart that details the percentage of users who are active versus inactive. For this chart, an active user is one who has at least one device registered to Nextiva.
Endpoints by OS
This section gives a count of the type of operating system used to run the desktop and mobile versions of the Nextiva App. This will break down by Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
The chart can be downloaded by clicking the download arrow in the upper right-hand corner.
The chart can be displayed full screen by clicking the full-screen arrow in the upper right-hand corner.
Total Count Endpoints
The total count endpoints section shows the total count of calls or minutes used by each endpoint device. In the upper right-hand corner you can select if its displaying the total calls or minutes spent on call.
Hovering over each column shows more detail about each entry in it.

Endpoints by Device and Version
The endpoints by device and version section allows you to visually see the different types of devices registered on the account and the version number (if applicable).
Hovering over a column brings up the exact counts for each type of device or version.
