Voice Analytics - Counts By Region

The Counts by Region section is located under the main reporting area of the Analytics tool, within the Summary tab.

This chart displays the total number of calls by region using a color scale. Regions with no inbound calls appear in gray. Hovering over a region reveals the number of calls to and from that state. By default, the report shows the United States.

You can switch between viewing the number of calls and the total minutes spent on those calls by selecting Calls or Minutes in the upper-right corner of the report.

To zoom in, click the plus (+) icon on the left side of the chart. To zoom out, click the minus (-) icon below it. To return to the default view, press the Home button.

To track international calls, click the graph icon in the upper-right corner and select World. The map will then display a global view, allowing you to monitor calls and minutes by country.
