Voice Analytics - Wallboards

Another at-a-glance look into the key performance indicators (KPIs) of your business, wallboards are designed to display well on a large TV. It features a colorful tiled display that updates consistently with newly finished calls.  Follow the steps below to access the wallboard.
 

1. Log in to the voice analytics portal.
    
2. Click Monitoring at the top of the screen.
    
3. Click the Wallboards tab.
    

After clicking Wallboards the wallboard screen appears. For best visual results on a Wall Mounted TV or Projection screen, use the pop-out button to the right of the Filter drop-down list to open a new tab or window. You may then press F11 to make the page full screen. There is also a button you can use to hide the filters and date range.
