Accessing another voicemail box

To access a voicemail box for another user, a team/call group, or a call center, you will need the following:

• Extension of the mailbox you want to access
• Security PIN for that mailbox (the default is 0000)

From a phone on your account

1. Dial either *86 or 9999 from the phone.
   
   
2. When prompted to enter a voicemail PIN, press * instead.
   
   
3. Enter the extension of the mailbox you want to check, then press #.
   
   
4. Enter the voicemail PIN for the mailbox.

From an External Phone

1. Call into the phone system and let it ring to voicemail.
   
   
2. When the voicemail greeting starts, press the * key.
   
   
3. To access the mailbox associated with the greeting, enter the PIN. OR
   
   
4. To access a different mailbox, press * again.
   
   
5. Enter the extension of the desired mailbox.
   
   
6. When prompted, enter the PIN for that mailbox.
