Directed Call Pickup allows a user to pick up a phone call that is coming in on another user’s extension at your location if it has not been answered. There is no additional setup required and is a useful feature if a user needs to pick up a phone call coming into an extension without leaving their own workstation.
You will NOT be able to pick up a call coming into another location. |

How To Use
- As a call is coming in on another extension, pick up your phone and dial *97 and press Send.
- The phone will convey a stutter dial tone prompting you to enter the extension of the user who you would like to pick up the call for.
- Enter the extension of the user and wait for a moment.
- The call is picked up on your line, you can talk to the caller.
