Nextiva offers billable services that are not static each month, these services include:

  • International Minutes - Minutes spent on outbound calls to an international number.  Rate varies by location, see Nextiva International Calling Rates for a breakdown of the rates charged.

  • Toll-Free Minutes - Packages include a set number of inbound toll-free minutes.  Once that limit is exceeded for the month, Nextiva charges for inbound toll-free use.  The default rate is 2.5 cents per minute.

  • Overage Minutes - Most accounts sold have unlimited talk time included; however, some legacy offerings have a set number of monthly minutes used.  Any minutes over your limit will incur a per-minute fee, which varies based on your package.

Each account with Nextiva starts with a credit limit of $100 or three times your monthly recurring charge, whichever is higher. This limit can be increased upon request.  Depending on the increase, Nextiva may require a security deposit.  Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  Please submit a case to our support team if you need to increase your credit limit.

To protect our customers and ourselves from fraud, if your account exceeds its credit limit, your phone services will be disabled.  Nextiva will send an email when you reach 75% of your credit limit, and again when the limit is reached.  You can choose to make a payment through your billing portal to bring the credit balance down.  Any unpaid credit is included in each monthly bill.
