Making a Payment

Nextiva will automatically charge the credit card on file at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, if you wish to pay early or apply a payment toward credit usage, you can do so through the portal.

Make a Payment

1. Log in to the NextOS portal as a billing administrator.
    
2. From the main page, click Billing on the left-hand side.
    
3. Click Make a Payment.
    
4. Choose the amount to pay and the card to charge.
   
   
    
5. Click Pay Now.
