Nextiva Chrome Extension - ACD Status

You can manage your ACD status through the Nextiva Chrome extension. This allows you to set yourself as Available to take calls or choose an Unavailable status to indicate you are unable to take ACD calls at this time.

When you place or answer a call while available, your status will automatically update to reflect that you are on a call. This status will remain in place until the call ends.

To change your ACD status:

1. Click your avatar in the upper right-hand corner of the extension.
    
2. Click Status.
   
    
   
   
3. Select the ACD status you wish to assign to yourself.
   
    

NOTE: CX Mode must be enabled to accept calls.

Your ACD status will update automatically.
