Nextiva Contact Center: Authorizing SIP Domains

SIP Domains are authorized to send and receive SIP traffic. To enable certain domains to do so, you need to add them to the SIP Domains object.
Creating/Modifying a SIP Domain
To create or modify a SIP Domain, search for the SIP Domain icon in the Options Menu.
Creating a SIP Domain
Click Plus (+) and enter the required information below. Click Save when done.

The URL of the SIP Domain. |

Authentication Type |
The type of authentication to use is Credentials List or IP Access List. |

The selection of IP Access Lists. |
Modifying a SIP Domain
Click on any SIP Domain to edit. The system automatically saves the changes.
