Nextiva Contact Center: Classifications

A classification is an object inside Nextiva used for scorecards and transcriptions. It is a list of associated keywords that will be searched for inside a transcription. Scorecards hold a selection of classifications of similar types. For example, a classification for sports may contain the keywords ball, field, referee, points, scoring, etc.

Creating a Classification

Search for Classification in the options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the required information.

Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the classification.
Description	The description of the classification.
Data	The list of keywords.
