Nextiva Chrome Extension - User ACD Settings

To answer inbound ACD calls within the Nextiva Chrome extension, you’ll need to adjust your user settings in the NCC application.

1. Log in to nextiva.thrio.io using your user credentials.
   
   
2. Click your avatar in the upper-right corner of the page.
   
   
3. Click User Settings.
   
   
   
   
4. In the window that appears, click ACD on the left-hand side.
   
   
   
   
5. Enable the options Auto Accept Workitem and Auto Login to ACD.
   
   
   
   
6. Select the queues to automatically log in to.
   
   
7. Select the Voice channel for auto login.
   
   
8. Click OK.
