SIP credentials are used to create the SIP account to register an SIP device that can be used as a user’s phone.
Creating/Modifying a SIP Credential
Search for the SIP Credential icon in the Options Menu. Click Plus (+) and enter the required information below.
Information Tab
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Username | The username you wish to assign to your SIP device. |
| Password | The password must be at least 12 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and a number. |
| List Identifier | The Credentials List is to be used with this SIP device. |
