Nextiva Contact Center: Accounts

Associate Accounts with Contacts via Account Identifiers. Under Accounts, you can quickly view the business name, description, and website URL - including the option to add, edit, or delete Accounts. For more information about contacts, click here. 

Creating an Account

Search for the Contact icon on the options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the account details (Business name, Description, and Website URL. Click Save when done. 

Modifying an Account

Click on any Account to edit. The system automatically saves the changes.
