Nextiva Chrome Extension - Getting Started
The Nextiva Chrome Extension, is designed to provide a smaller interface that floats in your browser window, allowing you to manage calls without having the NCC tab in the foreground.
The Nextiva Chrome extension is currently only compatible with specific domains. If you would like to request that additional domains be added, please contact Nextiva support. The current list of supported domains for the extension is:

Installing the Extension
The Nextiva Chrome Extension can be installed on Chrome by following these steps:
- Click here to go to the extension in the Chrome Web Store.
- Click the Add to Chrome button on the page.
- In the Add "Nextiva Chrome Extension" pop-up window, click Add extension.
First Time Setup
Once the Nextiva Chrome Extension is installed in Chrome, it will float over the top of any supported webpage. You may need to refresh the page to make the plugin appear. If the page isn't supported, the Nextiva Chrome Extension will not appear.
- Log in to the Nextiva Chrome Extension plugin.
- A new tab will open requesting permission for your microphone. Click Request permissions.
- In the upper left-hand corner of the browser, click Allow while visiting the site option.
- The tab will auto-close, and you can return to the previous tab where you were working.
Logging In
You can either log in using your NCC credentials or SSO. In order for SSO to work, the account administrator has to have configured SSO.
NCC Credentials
- Enter your email address and password into the fields.
NOTE: If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot password button. - Click Sign in.
SSO
- Click Sign in with SSO.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Sign in.
- Enter your credentials for the third-party verifying SSO.
- You will be redirected and logged into the Nextiva Chrome extension.
