Nextiva Contact Center: Google Looker
The Google Looker object is used to create an embedded Looker Studio Report. Looker embeds dashboards and widgets into Nextiva using organized business data.
Creating/Modifying a Google Looker Object
To create or modify a Google Looker, you must first search for the Google Looker Icon in the Options Menu.
Creating a Google Looker Object
Once you are logged in as an administrator, go to the Options Menu in the Navigation Bar. In the Search Bar, type the words Google Looker and click the Google Looker icon.
You will be directed to a list of Google Lookers in the Thrio system. Click the + icon next to the Search Bar.
You will be directed to a new configuration page. The configuration page will have the following tab: Information.

Modifying a Google Looker Object
To modify a Google Looker, search for the Google Looker icon in the Options Menu. Click on the Google Looker you wish to modify. If modifying an existing Google Looker, the system will save the changes automatically.
