Article 000003518 · Updated Jun 10, 2024 · 2,592 views

Temporary DNCs are consent records that include an expiry date. An address will be considered Do Not Call until the expiry has passed. This works with the Consent Object in Nextiva. It can be uploaded manually or using Load Objects (CSV). The maximum number of records a Temporary DNC object can hold is 300,000 records.
