Nextiva Contact Center: Right Party Contact (RPC)

Right-party contact is when attempting to contact and reach the person you intended to. The Right Party Contact object in Nextiva allows you to save information about the intended contact and configure settings for how to deal with workitems with them.
Creating a RPC
Search for RPC in the Options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the required information. Click Save.
Information Tab
| Field Name | Description |

| Name | The name of the RPC. |
| Description | The description of the RPC. |
Dispositions Tab
In the Dispositions Tab, you will select dispositions to be used with the RPC. Click Plus (+) to add disposition.
