The Credentials List needs to be created when users use SIP phones as their telephones to communicate with customers.

Creating a Credentials List

Search for Credentials List in the options menu. Click Plus (+) and fill out the required information. 

NOTE: If using SIP Endpoints, The Credential List will be automatically created when the first SIP Endpoint has been made.
