Administrator Settings Areas
The Administrator Settings in NEXT provides essential oversight and control, enabling organizations to manage users, permissions, and system configurations effectively. It ensures data security and compliance by defining access levels and monitoring system activity. Administrators can customize workflows, set up reporting dashboards, and oversee performance metrics, empowering teams to operate efficiently. With streamlined tools for managing resources and resolving issues, Administrator Settings enhances operational consistency and supports the platform's overall success. Agents and Supervisors do not have access to these settings; only individuals with Administrator rights do.
