Nextiva NEXT - GoHighLevel Setup Guide
Overview
Use this guide to install and connect the GoHighLevel integration from the NEXT Marketplace.
The GoHighLevel integration puts Xbert AI in control of appointment management and contact intelligence inside every NEXT conversation. Xbert AI can book appointments, check calendar availability, reschedule or cancel commitments, and instantly look up customer contacts in GoHighLevel without agents leaving NEXT.
Note: A GoHighLevel account is required to use this integration. The GoHighLevel integration is compatible with Xbert AI only.
