Push Notification Deep Link Error (Android Only)

• Android users only
• Users who installed the app version 1.0.15
• Users tapping push notifications that open a specific screen inside the app

Some Android users may see a 404 – Page Not Found message after tapping a push notification. This occurs when the notification attempts to open a deep link that cannot be verified by Google Play.

How to resolve

To fix the issue:

1. Uninstall the NEXT mobile app.
2. Reinstall it from the Google Play Store.

After reinstalling, push notifications should open to the correct screen without errors.
