Important Rate Information
The rates set forth on this page represent the standard baseline rates for the Nextiva NEXT product line. These rates apply to all usage unless a separate written agreement or contract between the customer and Nextiva explicitly specifies different rates. In the event that a customer has entered into a separately negotiated agreement with Nextiva containing specific contracted rates, those contracted rates shall supersede and take precedence over the baseline rates listed herein. Where a contract exists but does not explicitly address a particular rate type or usage category, the baseline rates set forth on this page shall apply. Nextiva reserves the right to modify these baseline rates at any time upon reasonable notice. Continued use of the service following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated rates.
