New Features

Campaign Builder

What It Does A guided 9-step wizard lets admins build voice campaigns end-to-end — covering campaign basics, type selection, audience upload, lead configuration, dispositions, general settings, surveys, time periods, and a final review before activation.

Why It Matters Admins can now create full campaigns without navigating multiple disconnected screens. The builder auto-saves progress, supports seamless step navigation, and allows users to resume where they left off.

Campaign Reports

What It Does Three new reports are now available to track campaign performance:

  • Campaign Summary — overall progress, completion rates, and callback tracking

  • Lead Summary — lead-level metrics including attempts, reach rates, and exhaustion status

  • Agent Summary — agent performance data including dials, answer rates, occupancy, and productivity

Why It Matters Teams can now measure campaign effectiveness and agent contribution in one place, enabling faster, data-driven decisions.

New Survey Components

What It Does Survey creators can now add five new field types to their surveys:

  • Phone Number Field — validates input format and supports country codes

  • Date Picker — lets respondents select dates using a calendar interface

  • HTML Component — embed custom HTML content including rich text, images, and styled blocks

  • QR Code Support — generate QR codes for easy survey distribution via print or digital channels

  • Captcha Validation — prevent spam and bot submissions with built-in captcha support

Why It Matters Richer survey components mean better data collection, stronger fraud prevention, and more flexible distribution options.

App Marketplace — New Integrations

What It Does Four new applications are now available in the App Marketplace: ServiceNow, Zoho CRM, Zendesk, and Freshdesk. Admins can also upgrade existing application recipes directly within the Marketplace.

Why It Matters Expanding the integration catalog makes it easier to connect NEXT with the tools your teams already use, reducing manual data transfer and improving workflow continuity.

Group SMS in Shared Inbox

What It Does Group SMS conversations are now supported within the shared inbox, allowing multiple participants to be included in a single thread.

Why It Matters Teams can collaborate on SMS interactions without switching tools or losing visibility, expanding the shared inbox well beyond individual messaging.

Custom Nicknames in User Settings

What It Does Users can now assign a nickname to their profile in the settings section, displaying an informal name or identifier in place of their formal account name.

Why It Matters A more personalized experience across the platform without affecting account details or authentication settings.

Enhancements

Undo and Redo for Node Deletion — NEXT Studio

What's Improved NEXT Studio now supports undo and redo actions when deleting nodes. Keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Z / Cmd+Z (undo) and Ctrl+Shift+Z / Cmd+Shift+Z (redo) are available alongside on-screen icons.

How It Helps You Accidental node deletions can be reversed instantly, reducing the risk of losing workflow configuration during editing.

Note: Adding or editing a node will clear the undo history to prevent data corruption.

Ringtone Synchronization Across Web and Mobile

What's Improved Ringtone preferences now sync automatically between the NEXT Web app and the iOS mobile app. A change made on one platform is immediately reflected on the other.

How It Helps You No more manually updating ringtone settings per device — your preferences travel with you across platforms.

Dark Mode and Light Mode Toggle

What's Improved A new toggle in the settings menu lets users switch between dark mode and light mode at any time, without affecting existing layouts or configurations.

How It Helps You Choose the visual theme that best suits your environment and comfort — especially useful for extended sessions or low-light work settings.

Campaign Landing Page

What's Improved The campaign landing page now displays all campaigns in a list view with key details — name, type, dates, agents, audience, and status — along with new filter controls to narrow results quickly.

How It Helps You Admins can locate and manage campaigns faster without scrolling through unfiltered lists.

Renaming Shared Inboxes During Onboarding

What's Improved Admins can now rename shared inboxes directly within the onboarding flow after selecting a workflow template (e.g., Sales, Support, Billing).

How It Helps You Inbox names can be tailored to match your business terminology from the start, without requiring a separate post-onboarding configuration step.

Device Management During Advanced Onboarding

What's Improved A new Device Management step in the advanced onboarding flow lets admins add and assign devices — including MAC address, user assignment, and time zone — without leaving the onboarding experience.

How It Helps You Device setup is now part of a single, continuous onboarding workflow, reducing configuration effort and the chance of missed steps.

Simple ACD Mode — Channel Access for Users

What's Improved Admins can now configure which channels a user participates in while in Simple ACD mode, directly from the user profile. This capability was previously limited to Advanced ACD mode.

How It Helps You Greater consistency and flexibility in managing channel access across ACD modes, without needing to switch a user to advanced configuration.

Video Meetings Filters

What's Improved The Meetings view on the unified homepage now includes daily, weekly, and monthly filter options, along with the ability to navigate across timeframes to see both upcoming and past meetings.

How It Helps You Finding the right meeting at a glance is now faster, regardless of how far out you need to look.

Where You'll See It Home → Meetings

Updated Users Table with CSV Export

What's Improved The Users table in the admin experience has been refreshed for greater consistency across the platform. Admins can now export the full table as a CSV file.
