Call Waiting and Do Not Disturb Now Respected for Workflow-Routed Calls

What's Improved When a call is routed directly to a user through a workflow, NEXT now correctly respects that user's call waiting and Do Not Disturb settings. Previously, these settings were only applied when the call originated from a personal number, not from a shared inbox or ACD workflow.

How It Helps You Agents and users who have configured call waiting or DND preferences can now rely on those settings being honored consistently, regardless of how the call was routed to them.

Images and Attachments Not Previewing or Downloading in Email

What Was Happening Users connected to Gmail or Outlook integrations in NEXT were unable to preview, open, or download image and PDF attachments. Images appeared corrupted or unclickable on both the web app and mobile, and PDF files downloaded in a corrupted state.

What's Resolved Resolved issues affecting image previews and attachment downloads for Gmail and Outlook integrations in NEXT web and mobile applications. Users can now reliably preview, open, and download supported image and PDF attachments without corruption or cross-origin access failures. Drag & drop attachment will be follow-up.
