Global Administrator Rules
-
If a Global Administrator exists on the account, they are automatically authorized to speak to Support.
-
They can add other users (including Administrators and non-admin users) to the Authorized Users list.
-
If a Global Administrator does not exist, Administrators inherit this capability.
-
Global Administrators cannot be removed from the Authorized Users list.
Important:
-
Authorized user access is role-based and enforced automatically.
-
Non-admin authorized users must set their PIN to activate Support authorization.
-
Removing an Administrator or Global Administrator revokes support authorization instantly.
-
CPNI ensures only verified users can approve sensitive account actions.
