Nextiva NEXT - Homepage
Accessing the Homepage
When you first log in, the product will always bring you to the homepage. Regardless of your account type as an Agent, Supervisor, or Administrator, all accounts see the same widgets on the homepage. It provides a quick view and even faster access to important areas within NEXT, including the Shared Inbox and My Inboxes spaces.

Log in to NEXT via https://app.nextiva.io/lioncc/.

Your login information was emailed to you from no-reply@nextiva.com. This email is triggered when a user is created in NEXT.

When you first log in, you will see the homepage.

Select Home in the left navigation to return to the Homepage at any time.

Homepage Areas
The Homepage provides a quick, high-level view of your inbox activity, shared inbox conversations, and upcoming meetings. The three areas are the My inbox widget, the Shared inbox widget, and the My meetings widget.
My Inbox
High-level view of your personal inbox activity. For more details on My inbox, see the My Inbox - NEXT KBA.
In this area, you can select Go to My inbox in the upper right corner of the widget, or select any of the following to see details:

Unread messages
-
Missed calls
-
Voicemails
Shared Inbox
High-level view of conversations assigned to you across your shared inboxes. For more details on the Shared Inbox and how to use it, see the Shared Inbox - NEXT KBA.
In this area, you can select Go to Shared inbox in the upper right corner of the widget, or select either of the following to see details:

Active Conversations — all currently active conversations assigned to you

Unread Conversations — conversations with unread messages
If your shared inbox is empty, you will see the No tickets yet empty state with an Explore your inbox button that takes you to the Shared Inbox page.
My Meetings
High-level view of your upcoming meetings for the current day.
In this area, you can see your scheduled meetings for today. If you have no meetings scheduled, you will see the No meetings yet empty state with a Schedule your first meeting button.
To go to the full Meetings page, select Favorites in the left navigation, then select Meetings.
