Nextiva NEXT - More Options

Accessing More Options

You will only be able to see More Options and use this article if you are an Administrator within NEXT.

1. Log in to NEXT via https://app.nextiva.io/lioncc/.
   
   
   • Your login information was emailed to you from no-reply@nextiva.com. This email is triggered when a user is created in NEXT.
     
     
2. Select the ellipses menu on the left-hand navigation bar.
   
   
   
   
   
3. In the new window, scroll down to view all options. You may have varying options listed within your More Options menu.
