Nextiva CX - Complete Setup Widget

The Complete Setup widget is your final step in getting NextivaCX up and running. It helps you finalize your account configuration and provides some valuable tips and tricks for using the platform effectively.

1. To complete the setup, select the Complete Setup widget.
   
   
2. Select Set Up Case Routing to confirm your channels are going to the Unibox. 
   
   
3. Select Tips and Tutorials to access videos that will aid the User in using Nextiva Chat.
   
   
4. Select Customize your dashboard to customize the dashboard.
   
   

Set Up Case Routing

Case routing ensures that incoming interactions from your connected channels are automatically organized and assigned within the Unibox, streamlining your team's workflow.

1. On the Onboarding tab, locate the Complete Setup widget.
   
   
2. Select the Set Up Case Routing button.
   
   
3. For each connected channel category, you'll see a list of routing options.
   
   
4. Toggle the options on or off to specify which interactions should create new cases in the Unibox.
   
   
5. Select Next to save your settings.
   
   

XBert Tips:

• Only Account Owners and Admins can set up case routing.
  
  
• Case routing can be further customized using the Organizer feature.

The Tips and Tutorials section is your go-to resource for learning more about NextivaCX and discovering how to maximize its potential. Watch informative videos on specific topics and gain valuable insights to enhance your customer experience strategy.

Our video library covers a range of topics, including:

• Setting up and managing your NextivaCX account

Customize Your Dashboard

The Dashboard is your personalized command center within NextivaCX. It's where you'll land after your initial login, providing a snapshot of the key metrics and insights that matter most to you.

The Complete Setup widget gives you the power to tailor your dashboard to your specific needs.

On the Onboarding tab, locate the Complete Setup widget. Select the Customize Your Dashboard button. Choose the specific data and visualizations you want to see on your Dashboard from the available options.  You must select at least one dashboard item from each of the two sections to proceed. Once you've made your selections, select Finish Setup. You'll be redirected to your newly customized Dashboard on the Home Page, ready to provide you with valuable insights at a glance.

XBert Tip: The Dashboard Tab can be customized in the future by navigating to the Dashboard Tab and selecting Customize Dashboard from the button on the top right of the screen.
