Nextiva CX - Telegram Bot

The Telegram Bot is a software application or script that runs on the Telegram messaging platform, allowing users to interact with a bot through chat messages.

1. Navigate to the home page by selecting the Home icon.
   
   

2. Select the Onboarding Tab.
   
   

3. Select Messaging Apps.
   
   

4. Select Connect Messaging Apps.
   
   

5. Select Telegram Bot.
   
   
   
   

6. A popup will appear instructing the User to enter the User credentials.
   
   
   
   

7. Select Save.
