Nextiva CX - How to Log in

Accessing from the website

Log in to the NextivaCX account by following the steps below:

Navigate to Nextiva.com. Select the Login button at the top of the page. Select Nextiva CX Social. Enter your username and password to log in.

Core + (Voice Packages): Switching from NextOS or NextivaONE

Log in to Nextiva (above). Locate the waffle icon in the top left corner of the screen. Select the icon to open the app menu. Select NextivaCX from the list. You're now ready to explore and configure NextivaCX to enhance your customer interactions!

XBert Tip: If access to an application is not available, a key will appear next to the application. In the example to the left, only NextivaCX is available, so NextivaONE appears with a lock next to it in the waffle menu.
