Nextiva CX - Viber

Viber is a messaging and calling app that allows users to send messages, make voice and video calls, and share various media, including photos and videos, similar to WhatsApp.

1. Navigate to the home page by selecting the Home icon.
   
   

2. Select the Onboarding Tab.
   
   

3. Select Messaging Apps.
   
   

4. Select Connect Messaging Apps.
   
   

5. Select Viber.
   
   

6. A popup will appear instructing the User to enter the User credentials. 
   
   
   
   

7. Select Add New Account.
