Nextiva CX - Telegram

Telegram is a cloud-based instant messaging app and communication platform that offers the ability to message and video chat. They emphasize security, privacy, and speed.

1. Navigate to the home page by selecting the Home icon.
   
   

2. Select the Onboarding Tab.
   
   

3. Select Messaging Apps.
   
   

4. Select Connect Messaging Apps.
   
   

5. Select Telegram.
   
   
   
   

6. A popup will appear instructing the User to enter the User credentials.
   
   
   
   

7. Select Verify and Save.
