The Summary Dashboard is your go-to tool for quick, high-level insights into your customer interactions. With its focus on date exploration, it allows you to easily track trends and identify key topics over time. It's perfect for daily check-ins, high-level reporting, and identifying areas for further investigation.

 

Setting up a Summary Dashboard

  1. Select Dashboard on the left.



  2. Click Summary.



  3. Select a workspace(s) by choosing the workspace(s) you want to include in the dashboard.

  4. Select the channels you wish to view (e.g., email, chat, social media).

  5. Choose specific sources or leave it as All Sources for automatic selection.

  6. Set the desired time range for your analysis.

    XBert Tip: You have the option to view up to 30 days on your calendar.

  7. Click Apply to generate the dashboard with your chosen parameters. You can add more filters or refine existing ones as needed.

  8. Select Filter to make the Summary Dashboard. 

  9. Now you will see your Summary Dashboard Load. 


Pin Your Dashboard

  1. Select Save in the top right corner.

  2. Provide a clear and descriptive name for easy identification.

  3. Configure Settings:

    • Choose whether to save the date range for future use.

    • Select if you want to pin the dashboard to your home page.

    • Select if you want to pin the dashboard to the dashboard landing page.

  4. Select PIN to save your dashboard with the chosen settings.


Remove a Dashboard

XBert Tip: Be careful! Unpinning a dashboard is also deleting that dashboard.

  1. Select the dashboard you want to remove.

  2. Select the Unpin button located in the dashboard's settings.

  3. Select X to un-pin

  4. Select YES when prompted.

  5. You have successfully removed a Dashboard. 

Key Elements

The top bar shows the total amount of interactions coming from the filtered workspaces/channels/sources.

 

The "Buzz" chart shows the total volume of data by date. 

 

The word cloud reviews and highlights word frequency.  The most frequently repeated words across interactions will be highlighted here.  Clicking on a word will refresh the dashboard and pull the trending messages that contain that word.
