When clicking on the home button in the navigation toolbar, the Onboarding Tab and Dashboard Tab appear. 

Onboarding Tab

The onboarding tab is there to help instruct how to set up their account and update users on the progress of the onboarding process. Users should follow along with the onboarding process to set up the following items in their account:

• Setting Up Live Chat

• Creating Chatbots

• Connecting Messaging Apps

Dashboard Tab

In the Dashboard tab, you can customize the information you see when first logging in. The dashboard can be customized to the Account Owners' and Admins' specifications. To customize the dashboard, follow the steps below. There is an opportunity to customize this tab during the onboarding process, and the tab will reflect the customization. 

1. Select the Dashboard Tab.
   
   
2. Select Set Up Now.
   
   
3. Select from different prompts to customize your dashboard.  
   
   
4. Once the important items have been selected, select the Finish Setup button.
