Nextiva CX - Facebook Chat

Facebook Messenger is a powerful messaging app that you can integrate with NextivaCX to manage customer conversations directly within the platform.

XBert Tip: To connect to Facebook Messenger, you must have a business Facebook account.

1. From the NextivaCX Home Page, select the Home icon.
   
   

2. Select the Onboarding Tab.
   
   

3. Select Messaging Apps.
   
   

4. Select Connect Messaging Apps.
   
   

5. Select Facebook Chat.
   
   
   
   

6. A pop-up will appear instructing you to enter your Facebook credentials.
   
   

7. Enter the login information for your business Facebook account.
   
   

8. The Account information will be displayed. Select the plus button next to the page you would like to add.
   
   
   

1. A checkmark and Selected will appear. Select done.
   
   

2. Facebook Chat now displays as connected and is listed under connected accounts.
