Nextiva CX - Navigation Toolbar Overview

Home: this icon directs the user to the home page, housing either the Onboarding Tab or Dashboard Tab.

Unibox: this icon directs the user to the main page used to monitor incoming information for all profiles.

Dashboard: this icon directs the user to the dashboard homepage. Here, the user can select which dashboard they would like to monitor.

Publish: this icon is used when the user wants to publish information to a specific channel and profile.

Survey: this icon is used when the user wants to create and manage surveys to send to their customers.

Audience: this icon directs the User to their contacts page.

Report: this icon directs the user to the home page containing all reports on information collected through CX

Settings: this icon directs the user to the settings.
