Nextiva CX - Responding in the Unibox

Users are able t o reply directly to interactions from many different channels from inside the Unibox. To reply to an interaction, follow the steps below.
 

1. Select the Unibox icon on the left side of the screen.
    
2. Next, choose which Unibox view you would like to use.
   
   
    
3. Select the interaction you would like to respond to.
    
4. Select Reply at the bottom of the screen.
   
   
    

XBert Tip: The reply box may differ depending on which social media platform you are responding to.
