Nextiva CX - Instagram

Instagram has direct messaging functionality that can be integrated into NextivaCX. To connect to the Instagram messaging feature, you must have a business Instagram account to connect.

1. Navigate to the home page by selecting the Home icon.
   
   

2. Select the Onboarding Tab.
   
   

3. Select Messaging Apps.
   
   

4. Select Connect Messaging Apps.
   
   

5. Select Instagram.
   
   

6. A popup will appear instructing the User to enter the User credentials.
   
   XBert Tip: Since Instagram is owned by the same company as Facebook, the login window will be the Facebook display.
   
   

1. Enter the login information for your business Instagram accont.
   
   
   
   

2. The Account information will be displayed. Select the plus button next to the page you would like to add.
   
   

3. A checkmark and Selected will appear. Select done.
   
   

4. Instagram now displays as connected and is listed under connected accounts.
