Nextiva CX - First Time Login

When you log into NextivaCX for the first time as the Account Owner, you'll land on the Onboarding tab. This tab acts as your guide, providing you with step-by-step instructions on how to set up your account and start using NextivaCX effectively.

On the Onboarding tab, you'll find:

1. The navigation toolbar: directs the User to different sections of NextivaCX.
   
   

2. Onboarding widgets: Each onboarding widget helps the User set up their account.
   
   

3. Dashboard Tab: The Dashboard provides the User with chat analytics.
   
   

4. Workspaces: Workspaces help Users organize their work and keep specific chats/channels in one place. 
   
   

5. General instructions: General instructions are available with hyperlinks to User guides for the User to learn more.
