Nextiva CX - Messaging Apps

Overview

Messaging Apps are applications designed for Users to send and receive messages. With NextivaCX, Users can connect specific messaging apps to the platform so they are able to manage and respond to messages from multiple applications in one location, the Unibox.

The following Messaging Apps are supported and a User must have an active business login/account in order to integrate:

• Facebook Chat
• Twitter (X) Chat
• Instagram
• WhatsApp
• Viber
• Telegram
• Telegram Bot
• Twilio

Once connected, all messages will come through the Unibox.

Navigating to Messaging Apps

Users can navigate to their Messaging Apps from their Home Page.

1. Navigate to the home page by selecting the Home icon.

2. Select the Onboarding Tab.

3. Select Messaging Apps.

4. Select Connect Messaging Apps.
   
   

The User views, manages, and responds to Messaging Apps through Unibox. To navigate to the Unibox, select the Unibox icon.
