NextivaONE - Access the web version

For users who are not administrators and use an email address to log into the voice communications portal on our website, you will be logged into the NextivaONE web application when you sign in.

For administrators or those who use a username instead of email, choose the image below that looks most like your screen when you log in.

Access Web App

To launch NextivaONE from the web-based platform:
 

1. Navigate to http://www.nextiva.com, click Login, and select Nextiva Communication.
    
2. Enter the email address used to log in to your NextOS account.
    
3. Click Next.
    
4. Enter your password.
    
5. Click Sign in.
    
6. If you are configured as a user, you will automatically be signed into the NextivaONE application.
   
   
7. If you are an administrator, click the Use the web version button on your landing page.
