1. Log into the NextivaONE desktop or web application
    
2. Click your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the application
    
3. Select My Settings.
    
4. On the left-hand side, select Sounds & audio.
    
5. Pick your ringtone from the Ringtone drop-down menu. Selecting No Ringtone will cause the application to play no audio when ringing.
   
   
    
6. Changes are applied immediately.
