NextivaONE - Voicemail and Voicemail Transcription
Voicemails left from a missed call on a user’s voicemail box will appear in the All Communications feed, or in the Voicemail section with a transcript and the option to play the audio message. Additionally, the message can be marked as read/listened to, downloaded, or deleted.
Viewing Voicemail
| In order for your visual voicemail to work correctly, you first must setup your voicemail box. From the NextivaONE application dial *86 to setup your voicemail. The initial password is 0000. You will need to set your own password and record your name to fully configure your mailbox. |

To view only voicemail, click the Voicemail option on the left-hand side of the application.
Any new or saved voice messages will be shown and can be played.
Viewing the full Transcription
Voicemail transcription requires a professional or enterprise license or the productivity plugin assigned to the user. To view the transcription and listen to the message, click on the conversation. The voicemail and transcription will appear.
NOTE: At this time, the NextivaONE application only supports English for message transcription.
Managing Voicemail
By hovering over a voicemail message additional option for the message can be accessed in the upper right-hand corner of the message.
Each icon has its own purpose:

| Mark a voicemail as "read" or listened to | |

| Download the voicemail to the computer | |
| Delete the voicemail from the mailbox. NOTE: Deleted messages cannot be recovered. Deleting a voicemail will also delete its transcription. |
