NextivaONE Mobile - Team Presence

The presence indicator allows you to quickly see your teammates' status within NextivaONE. The color of the dot at the bottom right of their avatar indicates their current status. 
 

Setting Status

1. Tap on your avatar in the upper left-hand corner of the app.
   
   
    
2. Below your name, tap the status drop-down menu.
   
   
    
3. Type your desired status.  
   
   
    
4. The status is automatically applied.
    

Teammate Status

To check a teammate's status:

1. Go to Contacts.
   
   
2. Expand the Teammate section to view the presence indicator next to each name.
   
   
    

Team Presence Status

Icon Color	Status	Description
	Offline	This teammate is signed out of NextivaONE.
	Available	The teammate is signed in and available. The mobile app will ring.
	Away	The teammate is signed in but away from their computer. The mobile app will ring.
	Busy	The teammate is on a call or in a meeting. The mobile app will ring.
	Do not Disturb	The teammate will not be notified of messages or calls. The mobile app will not ring. Inbound calls follow the user's busy policy.
