NextivaONE Mobile - Block Numbers

You can block numbers from calling you directly in the NextivaONE mobile application.  Callers will hear a notice that the number they are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time.  You can unblock the number at any time.

This feature will only block calls coming directly to your line and will not affect calls routed to you from a team/call group, call flow, or call center.  This will not block inbound text messages.

Numbers can be blocked either from Call History or from a Contact.

From Call History

Block Numbers

1. Select the Calls tab on the bottom of the application.
   
   
2. Tap on the phone number to block.
   
   
3. Tap on Block Number at the bottom of the screen.
   
   
   
   
4. In the confirmation that appears from the bottom of the screen, tap Block Number.
   
   
   
   
5. The number is now blocked

Unblock Numbers

1. Select the Calls tab at the bottom of the application.
   
   
2. Tap on the phone number to unblock.
   
   
3. Tap on the Unblock number option.
   
   
   
   
4. The number is now unblocked
   
   

From a Contact

Block Numbers

You can block a contact's phone number from calling you.

1. Select the Contacts tab at the bottom of the app.
   
   
2. Search for the contact to block.
   
   
3. Tap on the drop-down arrow next to the phone number you wish to block.
   
   
   
   
4. From the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen, tap Block number.
   
   
   
   
5. In the confirmation window, select Block number.
   
   
   
   
6. The number in the contact list will be greyed out, and the word Blocked will appear next to it.
   
   

Unblock Number

1. Select the Contacts tab at the bottom of the app.
   
   
2. Search for the contact to unblock.
   
   
3. Tap on the dropdown arrow next to the number to unblock.
   
   
   
   
4. From the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen, tap Unblock number.
   
   
   
   
5. The number will be unblocked.
