NextivaONE - Block Numbers

You can block numbers from calling you directly in the NextivaONE application.  Callers will hear a notice that the number they are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time.  You can unblock the number at any time.

Be aware that this will only block calls coming directly to your line and will not affect calls routed to you from a team/call group or call center. This will not block inbound text messages.

Block Number

1. Locate the phone number in your call history and click on it.
   
   
2. In the contact panel on the right-hand side of the application, click the down arrow to the right of the phone number.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Block number in the menu that appears.
   
   
   
   
4. In the confirmation window that appears, click the Block button.
   
   
5. A notice will appear at the bottom of the application that the number is blocked.

Unblock Number

To unblock a number:

1. Locate the phone number in your call history and click on it.
   
   
2. In the contact panel on the right-hand side of the application, click the down arrow to the right of the phone number.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Unblock number in the menu that appears.
   
   
   
   
4. In the confirmation window that appears, click the Unblock button.
   
   
5. A notice will appear at the bottom of the application that the number is unblocked.
