NextivaONE checks for updates in the background and when a new update is available, it will prompt you to download and install the update automatically. To check for updates manually, follow the steps below.

Instructions

1. Open the NextivaONE desktop application
    
2. From the menu bar select Nextiva.
   
   
3. Select About Nextiva.
   
   
4. Click Check again in the About screen
   
   
    
5. If your application is up to date, the screen will quickly refresh with no change.
    
6. If an update is available, click OK and the update will download.
    
7. After a moment (usually 30-45 seconds) close the NextivaONE desktop application and re-open it.
    
8. The update will be applied and you can continue with the latest version of the NextivaONE desktop application.
