Messages are accessed by tapping the Messaging tab at the bottom of the app.
Sending a new Message
Before you can send a message to external contacts, you will need to register your business numbers for texting.
To send a message (SMS/MMS) to a contact:
- Tap on the Messaging tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the blue New message button in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Search contacts to send a message to; up to 10 contacts can be selected.
- Type the message to send, using the paperclip icon to attach files.
- If you have multiple outbound numbers available, you will need to select a number to use when sending a text.
- Click the send icon to send the message.
Replying to an Existing Message
To reply to an existing message chain, simply tap on the message chain to pull it up, type out your reply, and press the send button.
