NextivaONE - Getting Started
NextivaONE helps businesses manage phone calls, texts, meetings, and contacts in one app that can be run from a browser or installed on most computers. The mobile version let's users stay in touch from any mobile device.

Installing Desktop Application

NOTE: NextivaONE (desktop or web) doesn't work properly in a VDI environment.
NOTE: Chromebook users can utilize the web version of the application.

- Download the application.
- Run the installer.
- A sign-in window will launch.
Signing In
Desktop Application
- After the app is installed, sign in using your Nextiva credentials.
Browser Version
Nextiva recommends using Google Chrome to run the browser version of the NextivaONE app.
- From your browser, navigate to the login page
- Enter your username and click Next.
- Enter your password and click Sign in.
- Users will be logged directly into the NextivaONE application. Administrators will need to click the 9-dots in the top-left corner and select NextivaONE to launch the app.
